Dawn Hubbard has been in the real estate business since 1991. Having started out as part of the sales support staff for Coldwell Banker Rhodes, she has chosen to diversify her office experience by assisting both Tony Rhodes and Christopher Barker in their real estate business. They had reached a point where they realized they couldn’t do it all and hiring Dawn proved to be a smart solution.


Dawn has joined the team as office administrator to improve business productivity and to handle much of the detail work, allowing Tony and Christopher more time for personal contact. She assists in their day to day operation in a market that is constantly changing. Having an administrator in this technology-driven era is a necessity these days. While Dawn is administering the day to day office procedures, such as marketing, advertising, web site maintenance, client coordination, and processing sales, Tony and Christopher are focusing their time and energy on personal contact with their buyers and sellers.
